Espyre recognizes that preparing for adulthood takes more than learning practical skills. Young people also benefit from trusted relationships, encouragement, and a community that believes in their potential.

Throughout the program, participants build relationships with peers, caring adults, volunteers, and community partners. These relationships create space for questions, shared experiences, encouragement, and guidance as participants work toward their individual goals.

As Espyre’s alumni mentorship model grows, former participants may also have opportunities to remain connected, encourage future participants, and serve as peer mentors.
